JR and the TED prize

JR has launched with the TED Foundation the largest art project. The streets of the world are his gallery and he know invites you to participate to create the largest art project in the world. Could art change the world ? is the question he raised in front of a starstud audience of 1500 people.Called Inside Out, JR encourages anyone to upload a portrait of themselves on the the project website, which he will then turn into a poster. The posters will then be mailed back to the respective creators for them to “exhibit in their own communities”, the project’s About section reads.
